DIVA definition
The DIVA term was originally derived from an ancient Italian word meaning "goddess", which in turn derived from the feminine form of a Latin word divus which means "divine one" or a male God. The word DIVA was originally used for great female opera singers, almost always sopranos. But now the term today is used to describe any extremely independent and talented woman.

Am I a DIVA?
